Tuji Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Tuji services, websites, applications, and related products (collectively, the "Services"). Tuji is a parent company for Special Matrimony (a matrimony site), Jotter (a notes writing app), and other applications that may join. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration and Security

Some Services may include paid features. Pricing, taxes, and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The Services, including software, trademarks, and content provided by Tuji, are owned by Tuji or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. Tuji is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuji will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your place of residence, unless local laws require otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction where you reside, unless a different forum is required by law.
